The Nebraska Ombudsman - Nebraska provides the citizens of Nebraska an informal means for pursuing resolution of miscellaneous compaints relating to state government. If you or someone you know has a problem or complaint relating to an agency of state government, contact the Ombudsman's services. address letters to the Ombudsman's Office, P.O.
